The Collector Wall Lamp by Audo Copenhagen is a mid-century wall sconce designed by Swedish designer Alf Svensson in the 1950s and reissued by Audo Copenhagen. Two conical spun aluminium shades, held by a solid brass band, direct light upward and downward simultaneously. Small perforations in each shade disperse light outward, casting patterned shadows on the surrounding wall.

The lamp ships with a white cord and USA Type A plug and can also be hardwired directly into the wall with the assistance of a licensed electrician. The brass surface is untreated and will develop a natural patina with age and handling. Bulbs are not included.

Materials

Shades are spun aluminium with a powder-coated crème finish (Metal — Cream, Gloss 20). The central band and milled structural details are solid brass. Internal armature is steel. The brass surface is untreated and will develop a natural patina with age and handling.
